Cancellation policy:
Pet owners that cancel/reschedule within 2 business days of a booking will need to leave a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for future bookings.
Pet owners who cancel or reschedule twice must pre-pay the full amount prior to a third booking. Deposits must be paid within 5 days or the booking will be automatically cancelled.
